Online Account Management

We are pleased to announce that you can now access your account online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

  • Make secure payment of your charges via Worldpay
  • View all your account information, and print copy invoices
  • Update your contact information
  • View and download insurance and service charge documents
How to Register
  1. Make sure you have told us your current email address as this is required before you can complete the registration process. You can send this by email to portal@michaelrichards.uk.com or you can call either Jill Beales or Carol Cherriman on 020 8232 6620
  2. You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours confirming you can proceed to register.
  3. Go to www.michaelrichards.uk.com
  4. Click on the My Account icon on the top right hand side
  5. From the Logon screen, select the “registration & lost password” option at the bottom of the screen
  6. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your registration

You are now ready to access your account

Notice Board

Here you will find updates and useful information about events happening at your property.

Balance Due

This displays information regarding the current balance outstanding on your account

History

This shows all the transactions on your account for the last year & enables you to search for specific periods.

Make a Payment

Here you can make secure payments via Worldpay – simply click on the £ and follow the on-screen instructions.

Documents

From here you can access copies of the invoices that we have sent to you, as well as other documents, such a insurance certificates and service charge statements.

Refund Policy

Please note that refunds will only be made in the event of duplicate payments, credit balances or where there is a valid complaint with regard to the charges raised.

This page enables you to update your correspondence address, email address & telephone numbers. For legal reasons you are unable to change the name(s) on the account.
